WOODS TREE SERVICE

Most insulting and unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced!!! Women beware! With going through insurance, they way over charged for their service. Kyle (owner) and Charles were extremely hostile & insulting, and BOTH of them accused me & my elderly father of trying to get out of paying our bill! These things take time when working with insurance AND a holiday weekend! Kyle (owner) threatened that his lawyer, Michael McNerney, would be in touch with me. I kept explaining that when my father received the insurance check, he deposited it, waited a day for it to clear, and then wrote a check for the total amount due and sent it!! Kyle yelled at me and asked where the heck we sent it. I replied, “He sent it to whatever address is on your invoice.” He said we never should have sent it through the mail, even though I pointed out that was NEVER stated to us. We got the check & then sent him a check. That should have been the end of things. He then told me that “If the check isn’t in the mail in 30 days, I’ll put a lean on his house.” Unreal! Threatening an elderly man. I told him to call my dad. He said he didn’t have his number, even though my dad was his customer! He then threatened, “ I’ll let everyone know how your letting your father make decisions……” the rest didn’t really make sense & rambled on, but it was an EXTREMELY UNNECESSARY threat all the same. I have never dealt with such hostile people before. I had my dad call Kyle, since he somehow didn’t have my dads number. My dad explained the EXACT same thing I did….the check is in the mail! Kyle said, “Oh, ok.” I doubt I will receive an apology when he receives the check today or tomorrow either. I truly believe if I was a man, this situation would’ve never happened! ZERO STARS FOR THESE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GUYS!!!!!!

Kyle and company gave us an estimate very quickly. Was able to get the tree removed sooner than expected. Was very professional. Explained all that was happening from beginning to end of the job. Thank you Kyle for such a good experience and also great clean up.

Kyle (the owner) and his crew did a great job. After some slight miscommunication, Kyle made sure everything got done good, quick, and efficiently. I’m so thankful for them coming out, and you cannot beat their prices!! Definitely recommend!

After trying to get estimate that weren't a life time out, because everyone was just to booked. I was referred to Woods. There response time was quick. Kept me informed on when they would be able to come out. Came when they said, called to discuss, made suggestions, did the work when scheduled, cleaned up was superior to past tree services. I have found my tree service. I highly recommend. 5 stars for this company.

We hired Woods Tree Service after getting a couple quotes and a couple other tree removal companies tell us they were unable to service parts of our yard. Kyle and his team gave us a great price, came in quickly and efficiently, and took down the dead trees that other companies were “unable to access.” They were kind, polite and had great communication. I have referred Kyle to tons of friends because I can’t sing their praises enough.
