The team showed up before 9AM and after a walk through with me, got right down to work. They completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. They were gracious in taking my direction and clarification of the contract. The team leader was bi-lingual and spoke fluent English and Spanish. A shout out to Kyle their sales rep. who with pictures and text, documented the work to be done. I'm including some photos of their efforts, which shows how the canopy was adjusted for a cleaner look and to let in more light for my turf. They did a great job of cleanup as well. Recommend Wilder, this is the 2nd time we used them and are quite happy with the results.

I really appreciated the professionalism of Wilder Tree Company. They were great with communication from the estimate to the actual day of service. I had difficulty with my neighbors granting access to their property and the team made a great effort to troubleshoot and find a workaround. They did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend them.

This company came out to trim the trees at my community and I asked them to clean up a few things on my live oaks. They were happy to help, and they were thorough. The cleanup was good. I recommend them if you're looking for a tree service in or around Austin

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WILDER TREE COMPANY. This week, I had serious concerns about my tree, and I am happy I called Wilder Tree Company. My large red oak was developing a crack between the two main branches. Too much weight was hanging over the street, making it unbalanced. I was worried (for good reason) that the tree could suddenly split. Eric, the company's owner, thankfully recognized the danger and immediately came by to inspect it. Within an hour, his expert crew was working on the problem. They balanced the weight on the tree that afternoon. The crew was pulled from a less severe project. I did not want any risk of half the tree falling into the street on Halloween. The next morning, three cables were added to the main branches for support. As an extra precaution, a bolt will be added to hold the area cracking together. The weight balancing fixed the problem, but these additional steps (with cables and bolts) will keep the tree structurally sound for years to come. I could see that once some heavy branches were removed, the danger was gone. The owner is a trained arborist; all high-up cuts were immediately treated with paint to prevent disease. The company is insured/bonded; they have heavy-duty chipping equipment; and the staff cleaned up everything quickly. My house and tree look much better without heavy branches hanging down low. The bid was reasonable compared to the others I received. I am no longer worried about the integrity of the tree. Working with Wilder Tree Company was a great decision.
