Sad to say.. Mr Nice Guy Mikey the mechanic is pulling the wool over a lot of people in hides behind the God bless you thank you.. this man has pulled so many tricks on me when working on my equipment that I cannot keep quiet any longer.. I brought several pieces of equipment there I get overcharged by him saying I did this I did that we did this we did that but has never once called me to say hey we need to fix this or fix that he just says he fixes stuff then tells you he fixes it then charges you for it.. he makes you sign a work order when you get to the desk with your signature on it he tells people that's just letting us know you gave us permission to work on your equipment then when he hands you the bill he tells you what you signed it so now you pay it..... He has done several things to my equipment and then try to overcharge me.and this just happened again yesterday I was completely finished and paid gave them my credit card paid the bill calls me 3 hours later and tells me oh by the way you owe another $385 and I'm like you got to be kidding me Mike this is the third time you've done this to me that he starts well this and well that and I told you this and I told you that but has absolutely nothing in writing.. on your work order.. I have several friends in the tree industry that he's also done this to and they do not bring anything there any longer.. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time but the last two times he's ripped me really good.... If you're doing work make them write it down on the work order what is to be done and if anything is altered off of that you are to be called you are to be told how much the extra hours is and the cost and how much the parts and labor will be... This is how he gets you .. I will never have Mikey or Western tree supplies work on anything I own again and their list is getting longer... I will be going to the owner on Monday I'm done with their service you get better service at Bliss suppliesthey have everything their prices are cheaper and they never rip you off on labor
