West Coast Tree Care

Today I have Gerardo, Jose, Harry and Martin team services my 2 trees! They are most professional and courteous! My holly oak tree came out beautiful with an exceptional look! The campus tree Is also looking wonderful! The team did a wonderful clean up! I am delighted! Thank you!

Scheduling the on-site quote was easy. The contract was clear and identified all aspects of the job as discussed. Day of service team was on time and followed through on the instructions 85%. I had to ask them a few times to trim more of the trees, as some of them looked barely touched. The foreman suggested that it would cost me more, but when I refer to the contract, he backed down. I also had to spend time cleaning up my patio, as there were leaves everywhere that they did not blow off. Separately, I don’t mind the workers using my patio furniture to enjoy their lunch, but it would have been nice if they could put things back the way they had found it! This is my experience with most male dominant work teams.

I've had an excellent experience with West Coast Tree Care. They managed the whole process of permits, trimming and shaping, a few removals, stump grinding, and adding nutrients to many of the trees in our yard. The price was reasonable as compared to what we've paid in the past, and the service was excellent.

I had a large job, pruning 7 large oaks, a pine tree and 4 of my neighbors trees that were way over the property line. I got several quotes and West Coast Tree Care was competitively priced. The other factor that swayed my decision is the size of the crew they could provide. Smaller companies estimated 2-3 days to complete the job. West Coast Tree Care did the job in less than a day! 8 tree trimmers, a foreman and an Arborist were all involved in the project. They did a fantastic job, the tasks included crown thinning, vista pruning, raising canopies and clean up dead wood. They left the site clean and didn't damage any underlying plantings. I will definitely be using their services in the future! I highly recommend them.

Gerardo, Martín, Harry and José did a great job under the supervision of Carlos. They safely removed a damaged tree, took care of a few stumps and pruned and cleaned the property. Professional and knowledgeable crew. Planning to call them back whenever services are needed.
