We had a BIG Spruce tree blow down on to our shed. Ray and the guys were amazing! They came on real short notice on a Thursday morning and were done, cleaned up and gone by lunch! We were very impressed.
Neither good nor bad. Was to be done Monday. Bf got call saying delayed job. Tuesday I got a call saying broken part. Wednesday he shows up. Does one stump then goes to next. Informed me here he going to work till noon thirty. And be back tomorrow to finish. I sign paper. I go back inside to see neighbor came over. Now he's over there. While the grinder just chills in our yard waiting to be done. Paying customers first. 900$ for two stumps and I got to go pick it up after he leaves.
Our only professional experience with Ray and his company was in a disaster recovery mode. After the October surprise in 2006, we had a rather large tree branch swaying to within an inch of a second story window in our house. By the time I called Ray, he already had a three or four day backlog of work with other customers. When I told him about the dangerous branch, he managed to bring out a crew, quickly resolve the immediate issue and give me an estimate for the rest of the trimming, cleanup etc. When he did come back to complete the rest of job, a week or so later, he did the work for less than the original estimate. I wouldn't trust anyone else to get the work done quickly at a fair price. Five stars isn't enough to rate the job the Weimer Tree Company does.
Mr. Weimer has worked for my husband and I for over 30 years. We have had multiple properties in the WNY area and his service has always been top notch from quick response to impeccable clean-up. After moving from the area 20 years ago, we have found his services to be a lifesaver. We still own property in the area and can always depend on Ray and his crew to be there and do what is needed. I can not say enough how awesome they are: GREAT PRICES & VERY EXPERIENCED. Ray helped us remove a rather large tree that had invasive roots, damaging our sewer lines and pavement. I was very impressed with how thorough Weimer Tree company was at removing all the limbs and taking that large tree down carefully and precisely. It was down in half a day and chopped down into manageable sections.
