Customer Reviews
Just had 6 large trees removed. They had the trees down and everything cleaned up and hauled off in nearly 4 hours. These guys are awesome! I'd recommend this company to anyone.
They did a great job trimming heavy limbs hanging over my house. Clean up was great. Will definitely use them again & recommend to anyone
We recently used Wateree Tree Removal to remove 7 trees of various sizes within close proximity to our house. Not only did they do an outstanding job dropping the trees they did just as impressive job with clean up and customer service. I changed my mind multiple times and added other trees mid project. David (owner) quickly adapted and met my every need. I can’t say enough about the quality of work these men performed. They are also humorous and provide a great work environment. If you require tree removal I would not hesitate to call Wateree Tree Removal, they will not disappoint. I will definitely use them for future projects.
David and his crew, are the best tree service removal, that I've experienced. They did a wonderful job, very professional, and was expedient and getting the job accomplished, and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I would use them also again.
Untrustworthy. Misleading. Dishonest. Poor excuse for a business. Waterer Tree Service LLC engages into contract approximately September 18th, 2024 with elderly disabled veteran individual to clear portion of overgrown yard of samplings, roots, 5 stumps, tree trimming, and trash removal. 1. Once agreement was entered, half of money agreed on was paid; from this time on, Williams poorly keeps elderly client informed, in some cases for weeks at a time. Williams advidly "ghosts" client of all communications and makes claim no phone service is available. Shortcomings as such are blatant bully tactics by people with the stated lack of qualities from above. 2a. Approximately September 18th, 2024 Williams stated crew to arrive sometime in last week of September 23-27th, 2024, and they never do. No explanation offered until client calls WTR multiple times on different days. Williams texted and claims he was in hospital. Legit Or Untrustworthy? Benefit of the doubt was given. In addition to this timeframe 09/29/2024, WTR crew member Matt Branham does arrive to do a small part of clearing. David Williams arrives to say he needs another $1000 installment because he struggles to meet his payroll. (This information is for potential clients of Wateree Tree Removal LLC. as another example of David Williams slick maneuvers to hold the client hostage for work finish completion.) WTR now is nearly completely paid. MISTAKE BY CLIENT. 2b. Rescheduled date is cancelled by Williams due to inoperable cherry picker. But, WTR is seen limbing a tree 2 blocks away using said inoperable cherry picker same day. Coincidence? 2c. October 5th, 2024, Sub-contracted stump grinder didn't show for scheduled date. No explanation given. Subcontracted Stump grinder arrives to second scheduled date October 9th, 2024. Subcontractor has mechanical. Williams arrives to speak with subcontractor. They both leave with no explanation. Days later, October 16th, 2024, stump grinder subcontractor returns, and in no time flat is loading stump grinder onto trailer following 45 minutes of work. Client inspects work and sees work doesn't meet agreed project specifications. Williams must return to explain to subcontractor of work requested. 2d. Client attempts to communicate with Williams from October 18th forward about return date for tree service. Williams chooses to ghost client until October 28th when client receives a phone call out of the blue from Matt Branham. Branham stated that crew is ready to perform tree servicing in an hour from call. Fifteen minutes later, WTR trucks arrive. Met with rudeness from Williams over the protection precautions he removed; client stated the protection measures are in place to prevent damage to client's property by Cherry picker truck. William's apathetic and sulky attitude was unwelcomed and unprofessional. Upon finishing tree trimming, Matt Branham relayed a message from David Williams to client that WTR would be working in Western NC for Hurricane Helene recovery efforts for couple weeks, estimated return to this project November 12th, 2024. 2e.Tuesday November 12th, 2024, Williams texts client. It states, "Let Mr.******** know that we'll be up there towards the end of the week or first of next week to get the rest of the debris up thank you have a good day." 2f. The declared timeframe came and went without as much as a peep from David Williams, Wateree Tree Removal LLC. On November 21, 2024, client is forced to call David Williams, Wateree Tree Removal LLC to discover when he and company intended to make good on November 12th, 2024 promise. 3. Williams claims the hospital reason, yet again. This client can only conclude this about David Williams, Wateree Tree Removal LLC. As stated in the beginning , Williams is without a shadow of any doubt: Untrustworthy. Misleading. Dishonest. Poor excuse for a business. Williams spends great amounts of time tap dancing around the issues of excuses. Williams clearly has no conscionable ethics for business. He takes advantage of a elderly disabled veteran and comfortable doing so.
