I stumbled upon Viking Tree Experts as I was researching tree companies on Google. I had previously reached out to two other tree companies that had not returned my phone call or responded to my emails, so when Viking Tree Experts responded to my message within less than two hours I was impressed. We scheduled a consultation for a team member to come out assess the trees that we wanted to be cut down. Since we were satisfied with the how everything was explained to us and the price we decided to proceed with the services of tree removal and stump grinding and it is a decision we do not regret. I am glad we went with Viking Tree Experts. From the front staff to the crew, everyone has been extremely professional. They don't require a deposit upfront and they do a final walkthrough with you to make sure you are satisfied before a payment is made and that is something I greatly appreciate. Fast, professional, reliable. They came out for a qoute the day after I called and kept us updated with emails and phone calls to make sure everything was discussed and planned for the removal.
