Urban Forest Pro

Dalton and crew did an awesome job. Dalton was diligent and knowledgeable. We have a large native Oregon Maple. Urban Forest Pro has been helping us take care of this beautiful tree for a few years. Last year they did a special feeding and some trimming. This year we wanted to make sure we cut off any dead branches so we could weather the winter storms. Dalton and crew worked diligently and made sure to get not only the easily seen branches but hidden loose ones. They picked up and cleaned our yard so you couldn’t tell it had been full of cut wood and branches. We are extremely happy with the work they did today!

Fantastic team, our experience was above and beyond what we expected. Initial arborist that came out to quote was timely and very knowledgeable, we had a lot of questions, he answered all of them. The crew (Dalton & Desmond) that came out to cut down our one tree and fully prune another very large walnut tree were incredibly thorough and efficient. They spent a lot of time making sure every overgrown limb was addressed and then some. Truly above and beyond service. Left the yard looking immaculate for just having a giant tree cut/pruned. Stumper came out the following day during the scheduled time frame, took 10 minutes total and then answered more of my questions, truly appreciative for their attention to detail. We are super pleased with the end result and will call them again for our next pruning in a few years. Highly recommend!

We just got our front and backyard trees serviced by Urban Forrest Pro earlier today. We have been using them for over 15 years and have always been extremely happy with their quality and level of customer service. Jeff has always been great at recommending the best work to get done to keep our trees looking great, and the team today lead by Dalton did extremely high quality work and went the extra mile to make sure everything met our expectations. We done a lot of research trying to find the right people to help us with our trees, we had a bad experience with the last people we used so we wanted to make sure we got someone who would do a good job. We read a lot of reviews for Urban Forest Pro, all amazing reviews, so we had to see for ourselves. They did not disappoint! The crew worked hard! You could tell they knew what they were doing and even though they kept getting interrupted by traffic and nosey neighbors they were professional and done an amazing job! They removed 2 holly trees and done an excellent job pruning our pine tree, they left the place looking amazing! If we need any work done in the future we will definitely use Urban Forest Pro and we'll recommend them to everyone we know! Thank you for all the hard work!

Super impressed by Urban Forest Pro for a beetle infested birch removal. The arborist that provided the estimate was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to identify plants and make some diy recommendations in other areas. The crew of three that came out to remove the tree were customer service oriented and clearly pros at dangerous tree removal. They left the site clean. A separate person came to grind the stump; he was very polite and quick with his work. While I was bemoaning the $3K price tag for full removal, they sure earned their money.
