Super pissed. Last week your crew was onsite with weed killer you missed the weeds in our front beds, most I have had to pull by hand because your crew for months can’t get the weeds under control. This week, come back to find that your crew again leaves weeds in the beds but sprayed PLANTS in my native area that is NOT SUPPOSED to have weed killer.

Great owner and very well run. Called for 3 trees to be removed. They showed up on time and service was as agreed. I recommend this company strongly for price and service .

Review of Ultimate Lawn Care Near the end of July I entered an agreement with ULC to remove existing lawn and replace with St. Augustine sod grass. The first day they sprayed the lawn to kill all the grass and weed on my lawn. They failed to mark out my lawn’s perimeter with the neighbors and killed some of their grass. In the removal process they damaged the sprinkler system costing me an extra $200.00. When they started to install the sod I could only describe as where it lands it stays. As they obviously had no plan as to my property borders about a half of skid was on the golf course property. I then provided them with some twine to use marking my property so sod was only put on my property not the golf course. The left side where they killed the neighbor’s grass they used sod I paid for but the line instead of being straight is a complete example of their unprofessional character. The line is not a line but a wondering along a crooked path. After two days they discovered that they were several pallets short as their estimate grossly understated the amount of sod needed. I was foolish enough to pay for 75% of the additional cost to which I never received a thank you and mostly received an attitude that I should have paid for all of their mistake. The original estimate was for $5,775.00 and I foolishly paid $9,000.00. My next problem is where one area is not doing well with about 75% of the sod dead and 25% showing life. I asked ULC about the problem to which they stated their not responsible for the sod. They concluded that I wasn’t watering it as instructed. UTC had their sprinkler contractor program my sprinkler system and they advised me it was set and I didn’t have to do anything. I needed some additional sprinkler work and the company I contacted told me that the zone 5 problem area was never set thus no watering. All my sprinkler heads had cement rings around them. When I asked UTC about the rings, I was told they would look into it, which means I will have to replace them at my expense. My opinion of ULC is that they don’t know how to plan, estimate, execute or hire competent workers. There is a definite lack of integrity and professionalism dealing with ULC. For warned is for armed.

This company came out to do a few different jobs for us. They were very responsive, priced reasonably, and professional. They sent a crew to take care of some tree removal that did an excellent job. A second crew came and spread a dump truck load of shells and re-placed some pavers. They showed up to the minute on time. They were polite and unbelievably efficient. I am so impressed with this company and so happy we found them. We will continue to recommend them and hire them for jobs in the future. Thank you ULC!
