Ultimate cut tree service

We contacted Ultimate Cut Tree Service on Monday after a large tree fell from storm -contacted Mike he showed up gave estimate. Tuesday morning the crew showed up and removed all the debris from tree and took down another large tree in front yard. When we got home from work all tree limbs including the stump was gone and yard look awesome! The crew worked hard and was very respectful of our property. Thank you

Ultimate Cut Tree Service did a fabulous job at our home. They removed six trees, trimmed many others, ground stumps and roots, hauled everything away and left our yard clean. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Ultimate Cut. Beginning with the initial visit by Cam to provide the estimate, to the knock on our front door upon completion of their work when an employee kindly asked if we could come outside to be sure that the work was completed to our satisfaction. After the initial visit, Cam followed up within minutes with an estimate, and verification of the company’s liability insurance and Michigan licensing. A day or two later I was contacted to see if I had any questions and if they could be of service. I told them I was in the process of getting additional quotes which they responded kindly with “we understand” and that “we would like to be of service to you.” As someone who has been in marketing and sales for 35+ years, I just really appreciate the professional sales and communication. In my opinion, unfortunately these days, service, follow up and responsiveness is not the norm. Ultimate Cut gets it! Not pushy but helpful! We had a very large 40+ year old maple tree cut down and had the stump removed. A manager and crew showed up when scheduled and we were very impressed at how efficiently the work was completed and the professionalism shown by every employee when we spoke to them. The owner, Mike, checked in with us several times throughout the whole process and was great to work with. Thanks Mike! The clean-up was perfect, and the yard was left spotless! I recommend Ultimate Cut to anyone looking for tree trimming/cutting service – great team, great service and great work!

I appreciate the great work from a great crew! On time, professional, and very friendly. The whole experience was awesome and I am very appreciative for everything that was done for me. They even stayed late to get the job done the same day! Clean up was superb! Even my neighbors gave them a thumbs up! I would gladly use them again, but they took out all my trees lol!
