These guys did a fast proficient job. Professional, polite, talkative and great people to work with. Climbing capabilities were phenomenal. They did an excellent job on my trees and price was more than fair. I will definatly use them again and are highly recommended. I really can't say enough good things about this company. After not hearing from the company I thought was going to cut my tree, I called Trustfall. Jake came over on a Tuesday evening, we talked about what I wanted and he sent me a quote. He told me they were taking a neighbor's tree down next week and even though I'm a small job there are times when they get done early and they would text asking to come over. Well the text came Wednesday morning, they had to postpone a job due to wind but could do my job! I kept the woodchips for a project, there was way more than I expected, lol. The stump grinding was done Thursday and I originally told them I would keep the grindings, but had enough woodchips so I didn't need them. I asked if they could haul them away(for a fee that was in the quote) and that was done Saturday. I can't believe that from initial phone call to being done was 5 days! I was so impressed and my yard looks great. I would highly recommend them!

I needed three large trees removed from my front yard, along with stump grinding, and out of the three companies I got quotes from, Trustfall gave me the best price by far. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly and even started the job a day early. The crew worked efficiently, safely, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend Trustfall. They did an excellent job taking down my 120 year old silver maple. It was a complex job due to space constraints. They were promt and professional. They cleaned up everything perfectly.
