TruGreen Lawn Care

Hired TruGreen to treat weeds in my front yard. Over 6 months of service and the weeds are worse than before service started. My summary always said the same thing. Basically treated lawn for weeds lawn looks good. Very disappointed in the way my complaint was handled. I told them I wanted a manager to come out and see for himself. They said they would send a technician out to retreat. After six months of treatment and no results why would I retreat??? Cancelled service for the lack of service. Hire a mom and pop company before giving this one a penny.

They came out and aerated and seeded my lawn today. I found out later. My technician’s name was William. He didn’t just go over the whole lawn, he went back over large areas several times to make sure that the areas that needed it most got extra attention. I was also paying close attention when the seeding started. I couldn’t believe how much seed was being spread out. Fantastic. When I thanked him, he said he was just doing his job, but like I told him, there are many ways to do a job. He did a fantastic job and as silly as it sounds, my wife and I are extremely excited to see our lawn in the spring.

My lawn was looking terrible last year and got your service and about 5 weeks later lawn was looking good. Now 3 month later my lawn looks great.

This is my lawn 2nd year of having TruGreen, and yes I have an irrigation custom.

Tech did an extremely thorough job. He dismounted the machine and made sure that hard to reach areas were well seated. He checked in at the beginning of the treatment and again at the end of the treatment. We did a walk through together, and I was extremely pleased with the results. This was my first experience of TruGreen doing an aeration in seeding, and I would recommend it highly.
