Mike just finished my lawn treatment. He knocked on the door to let me know he was here and had a smile on his face. Very nice and courteous. My lawn has really improved since we started treatments.
This company is terrible and takes advantage of senior citizens. I was looking at my moms statements tonight and saw they charged her $1,300 last year and $2000 for the upcoming year to treat less than a half an acre of grass. When we called the (800) number, they said she had $600 in credit and they couldn’t explain why they charged her an extra $2,000 I DO NOT recommend this company!
New customer. Tech got here and explained everything well and got right to it. In and out in 30 minutes. Very personable. And he no sooner left when I had a detailed report to download and review. So simple.
My mosquito technician was Ray, he was absolutely phenomenal and friendly. He explained ways I could try to cut down the mosquito population on my property along with my TruDefense services. I’m extremely grateful for his knowledge and will surely be recommending TruGreen to others!!
Kelvion Douglas is a fine, young man. He treats us like royalty, and he represents TruGreen well.
