I noticed your technician John Brown did a very thorough job with todays lawn inspection and treatment. He covered the full lawn unlike other technicians. I appreciate him for not rushing and closing the gate behind him when he finished. Great Job 👍

It was a very pleasant appointment today, David was patient when I found out the treatment was spraying on my trees that my garden is located under them. He patiently waited for me to quickly spread my trap over, and gave me advice to when I could take it off. Well done!🤗

My lawn care specialist, Cedric, is polite and thorough. He rings my bell to alert me he’s there and is always patient with me, like today when I was so frustrated and asked about the many dandelions and creeping Charlie weeds attacking my lawn edges from neighbors’ lawns who don’t fertilize. He was patient, calming, and reassuring that he was here “to get the job done!” I’m going to politely suggest to my neighbors with yellow (dandelion) and purple (Creeping Charlie) yards to try True Green for OUR community’s sake!

Called to get a quote on a simple mow and edging service, which I explained throughout the conversation. The person on the phone spent 15+ minutes trying to sell me on every service under the sun, only to let me know at the end of the call that they don't offer moving service in my area. Great way to never earn my business.
