TruGreen Lawn Care

David T. was prompt on his visit and was informative about the questions I asked him. It was a good start with choosing Tru Green for our lawn care needs. The second visit Juan J did a spectacular job spraying the Weed control and fertilizer liquid. Happy with this company. Juan J came for my 3rd visit and sprayed the fertilizer, Grubbex, and weed spray. He was very informative about what he was doing, and when he’ll be back for my next visit. Good choice to go with TruGreen. Juan J came for a treatment job yesterday. He showed up on time, and did his job. So far the grass in the front is showing some improvements. So far we recommend this company. Anthony C. Did a tremendous job putting down fertilizers today. He also had a person whom he was training with him. Good teamwork. Anthony C. and his helper came today on 4/28/25 and sprayer the lawn with their spray. I showed them the problem places with the weeds. He gave me some helpful tips on certain things. They both did a tremendous job. Thanks you!!

TruGreen are a bunch of thieves. Came to do an application and upon discovering I was not home, proceeded to put signs around my property. Go to the videotape. Got to my house at 3:45 and left at 3:58.what normally takes two men an hour to complete, he single handedly finished in 13 minutes. Didn’t even have the applicator. Called four times over the next week but never received a call back but they were very quick to send an invoice. These guys are crooks. Stay away. Went to police but they say it’s a civil case but gave me some pretty good info on how to proceed. If anyone from headquarters sees this and decides they would like to discuss the situation, I will stop my anti TruGreen posts from all social media. Until then….. full speed ahead. It’s not the money, it’s the principle.

Our specialist was Mason and he was great. Very knowledgeable and answering any questions I had and what to expect. We are a new customer to Tru Green and he certainly made a good first impression. This was our first time working with TruGreen and we were impressed. Kenneth was able to diagnose the problem quickly and applied the treatments as needed. He also provided some education on grass length and irrigation recommendations. Valuable info. I really liked Kenneth. An experienced professional that I was happy to welcome onto the property.

You all are consistent.. you show up on time you tell me what your doing and my lawn looks Great. Very happy customer
