True Cut Tree Care Service

Justin, Alex, Frank and their entire team did an awesome job taking down two 50-60’ trees. One of which had grown extremely close to our house in between ours and our neighbors home and one in the front of the house which was unfortunately dying. They brought in an amazing amount of all the right equipment that made what could have been a very stressful job progress with ease. It was very interesting watching them methodically work to remove both trees. They definitely know what they are doing and were very friendly and helpful along the way. The entire crew really didn’t stop moving the whole time they were here. Whether they were cleaning up debris, filling up the chipper, climbing up and tying off large branches, grinding down the stumps…they were all really working hard throughout the afternoon. We requested some wood for our fire pit and they left us a great pile of very manageable sized pieces of wood that we will be able to cut down and fill up our wood rack with nicely. They were coming from another work site and did a good job of keeping us informed of their arrival. Their prices are very competitive and they were in and out in under four hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled tree care crew!

Absolutely spectacular service, amazing tree work, great prices, friendly. I genuinely cannot recommend these folks highly enough. They took out a very tricky 80 foot siberian elm for me that was less than 12" from our garage wall. They did it with power lines in close proximity and a house 20 feet away. They didn't drop a single thing on a roof, they were in and out in ~3.5 hours, the crew was professional and friendly. Honestly, if I got half the service and competence from everyone I hired that these folks displayed, I'd be ecstatic. They even waited to fire up the chipper/shredder until nearly everything was out on the street, without my asking, to save the neighbors extra noise and (I would guess) because it's just more efficient. I met the owner as well, extremely easy to work with and he even got an extra stump ground out that I hadn't initially asked him to do. Unbelievable work, truly. And everyone I've talked to who had trees removed has been utterly floored at how reasonable the price was. Honestly... if you're in the Detroit area, at least get these folks out to quote you on the large projects. They have all the right equipment, they're careful and safe, they even blew all the woodchips/sawdust off the garage roof when they were done!

The crew showed up when promised, and all were very respectful of my landscape. They did an amazing job in only two hours! The equipment was in great shape and the crew worked well together and were very safety conscious. A great job!!

True Cut came out to a home I recently purchased that was incredibly over grown. So overgrown in fact, I was starting to be fined by the city. When Frank came to take a look he immediately put all my worries at ease with his level of knowledge, and professionalism. They knew exactly what needed to be done and exactly how to do it just by looking at the project. Every company I had come give me a quote, said that the project would take roughly 4-5 days to complete start to finish. (My project consisted of everything! Tree removal, tree trimming, pruning, stump grinding and even removed a couple stumps entirely) When I tell you Frank and his crew showed up ready to party, I mean it! These guys started my project at 8 am on the dot and they were all wrapped up and headed home that same day by 5:30. These guys operate with true precision, and respect the art of tree work (as well as respect for my home and my property LOL). I will not hesitate to have them out again if the need arises. THANK YOU TRUE CUT!!! You have earned a customer for life!

Would highly recommend this company. Alex and his crew were extremely polite and respectful. They were very responsive and did an excellent job removing 3 large trees from our yard. They came out the same day we called for a quote and we're back the very next day to do the job. They were very efficient and everything was cleaned up and looked so nice when they were done. We felt we got a great price too.
