True Arbor Trees

I had service done by this company. So many poor service interactions. First no one on the crew spoke English. They kept having to call owner to communicate with me. He wasn’t there so poor communication. Then the older gentleman in the back was supposed to trim the crepe Myrtle. He pulls up ALL my moon flowers. Trimmed the bottom of the tree not the top. Then he lied and said I told him to pull up all the flowers. I get off work. Mess all over my yard that I had to go clean up. Two days later branches falling out the big tree in the front yard. Then the most recent fiasco, they were supposed to dig up a root in the backyard that I was told it was a weed. No it’s a tree stump! They cut it down with a saw and covered it up with dirt! Lo and behold it’s growing back. Spoke to the owner who said he was coming on Saturday. He was a no call no show! Haven’t heard back from him. If you want quality work for your money don’t bother with these folks! Waste of your time and money! No! I don’t recommend them to anyone!!!’

I placed a cold call to this company and they responded promptly and professionally to fix my concerns. True Arbor removed a 50’ tree with root rot near my house that was in danger of falling on my home. He walked me through the process for tree and stump removal. He was competitive on his bid price and followed through with oversight to ensure his team carefully removed the limbs without damage to a nearby Japanese Maple. I would highly recommend Raul for all your tree removal needs.

Best price and quality of work in the area. The crew was fast and efficient trimming my 70 year old oak tree. They trimmed it beautifully and restored it to its deserved glory. They did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards and left nothing behind. Highly recommend Raul and his crew.

Very pleased with the services Raul provided! I can say they are very professional and committed to what they do as a company. I can say that even though we had a rainy day they still made it and got the job done not minding the bad weather. I needed the work done ASAP as my tree was very old & making noises as if it was cracking down, and I was very concerned as we’ve been having very bad winds. Our Homeowners Association chose True Arbor to tidy up our community owned trees. After watching their workers, the progress and professionalism, I called the office to get a quote. Of the four I called, the weren't the least expensive, but definitely had the best Google Reviews. I called back and they came out the next day to shape my tree and relieve the limbs of overgrowth and dead limbs, prior to storms and inclement weather. They were on-time and did a great job of cleaning up limbs a debris.
