Trillium Tree Care

We hired Jesse and his team to remove a 80+ foot oak tree that was threatening to take out our business office. They arrived on time, did a fantastic job and the cleanup afterwards was amazing and unexpected. You could not tell that anyone had been there. The wood was piled up out of the way where I suggested my husband would want it to be. I could not be more pleased with the job than I am now and more happier with Jesse and his amazing staff. We are very happy with Trillium Tree Care's service. Jesse provided a prompt and competitive bid for removing the oak tree in our front yard and grinding the stump. He and his helper worked efficiently and carefully to remove all the limbs without any hitting our roof, and then did an amazing job cleaning up all the branches and leaf debris. I would definitely use them again for tree pruning or removal.

These guys were amazing! On time, thorough, professional, very reasonably priced and courteous. Cleaned up everything at the end of the job. They are extremely hard workers! I feel like this was a pretty technical tree removal with very tall cedar trees in close proximity to power lines and structures and these guys did an excellent job with the removal, keeping safety in mind the entire time. They were very respectful of our property and other vegetation in the general area and we only had some minor impacts to vegetation in work area. We only had a couple of small issues with a little chainsaw oil on the paver patio, and some residual cleanup we had to do. Other than that I would recommend them for any major tree work that needs to be done. Update: Jesse reached out to me after reading this review to make arrangements to stop by and address the very minor issues I mentioned above. Little things happen and sometimes details can be overlooked, but that kind of dedication and follow through you don’t often see, and that deserves recognition.

We hired Trillium to prune a number of trees (Japanese maple, fruit, sweet gum). Jesse walked through the work we wanted, what our goals were from the work, and provided us options aligned with our needs. In addition to pruning, we asked him to cable the sweet gum as we’ve been concerned about the large branches it’s been dropping and we wanted to reduce risk there. The quote provided was very reasonable for the scope of the work and less than another arborist we’d hired the year prior. The day of the work, Jesse called and explained a defect he found in the trunk of the sweet gum tree. Again, he clarified options and helped us navigate the best course of action. The pruned trees all look really great and we feel comforted with the go-forward plan for the sweet gum. He’ll be the person we call for this work in the future.
