Excellent service, their professional workers did the work to our expectations. They took down a large white oak that was hovering over a swimming pool. We also had a large Leland Cypress removed, stump ground and they left the area looking spectacular. Highly recommend.

Wish I could give no stars or negative, because they definitely do not deserve any stars related to their customer service and quality. We have a place in Tall Pines Campground, Lewes Del. We had a tree that needed to be removed due to potential damage to our camper. We were told by the campground that we need to use their “preferred contractor”. We were told that they would be bringing in a crane to remove the tree and that we needed to pay in advance and they will get to us when their schedule allows. We waited for 4 months and they show up the day before Thanksgiving with no crane. They brought a trailer lift and skid loader. They removed the tree while trashing our lot and damaging our belongings and our neighbors. When we complained to the campsite, they expressed that the service was not willing to repair anything and that they did no wrong. It is totally frustrating that you have a property that you take care of and someone comes in and totally disrespects your property and does not even acknowledge that they left a mess behind. I would definitely not recommend Tri-State Tree Service and will make sure that additional reviews will be posted related to our experience, especially with the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce.

We do not normally leave reviews, however after hiring this professional business we felt it necessary to let everyone know about our experience. Max’s crew arrived on time and immediately started removing 13 Leyland cypress trees that had gotten out of hand. Immediately we were impressed by their professionalism and ability to do the job meticulously. They were very respectful of our property and the neighbors since they had to work on both sides. The crew all work well together keeping safety in the forefront. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up our area and neighbors’ area, it didn’t appear that the trucks and machinery had even been there. If you are looking for a very professional business with fantastic employees with a reasonable price look no further. They out bid all other bids we receive. Thank you for a job above and beyond. They also give a discount for military service.

Max and his crew blocked trash cans and mailboxes in our neighborhood. When asked politely if he could move the vehicles, he said "They can get out of their cars. It's their issue. Let me do my job." and walked away. They are rude and conceited people who I would never hire. I like working with those who are considerate to the region they work in.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Tri State Tree. I needed a very Large Red Oak trimmed that was hanging over my house, pool and shed. They moved 4 large limbs without incident. They did it efficiently and with no damage to my property. They also trimmed back my neighbors Crepe Myrtles that were hanging over my fence line.
