We have been working with ISA Certified arborist Karl Pokorny and his team at Tree South for many years and are always impressed with Karl’s extensive knowledge and understanding of both the art and science of tree care. He is a superb and trustworthy consultant, one of the best of the best. His team of arborists are skilled at all types of tree work and can be trusted to prune a tree with skill and care to reveal and maintain both its health and beauty. When faced with a hazard, diseased or dying tree, they can make a diagnosis, propose solutions, and safely remove trees even in very complicated settings. Tree South recently removed a tremendous old water oak from our property in an urban setting with limited space to navigate equipment. Their skill and safely protocols were phenomenal, and they were able to lower limb by limb to the ground with ropes to avoid damage to surrounding houses, garages, power lines, plants, and fences. Their staging of equipment and transfer of wood and limbs was well planned. They were meticulous in their execution at all phases of the work including clean up of sawdust and debris. Every single member of the nine-person team was polite, professional, skilled at their job and a pleasure to work with. I must say having the trees removed was the best decision we made! Paul's team arrived early in the morning and worked nonstop until all the trees were removed. The area where the trees were has been opened up and cleaned of all debris. I can't wait until we have beautiful grass growing. When in need of tree service I highly recommend Tree South LLC!

The Treesouth crews were amazing over pre and post Helena visits. Crews were amazing to watch and talk to. The coordination and teamwork was outstanding. From tree climbers to Cranes. We’ve used TreeSouth for several years. They are highly competent, client-oriented. Our recent experience with Helene left us buried by our lost trees. TreeSouth got us out from under heavy wood and clear of the attendant dangers. TreeSouth puts safety at the top of the list - ours and theirs. They are professionals in a dangerous job and we are always confident their work will not endanger us nor them. Tree work is not inexpensive but TreeSouth is very reasonably priced and well worth their service. In addition, they are always friendly and complete clean-up is always part of their job. The real question to ask is “Would we hire them again?” and the answer is “Absolutely”.
