After the tree that Hurricane Milton took down was removed I was left with this gnarly looking stump. Bob and his crew ground the stump down to nothing(see before and after pics) and spread this beautiful mulch evenly throughout the area where the stump was. Long read but gonna do my best. Came home to my neighbor telling me “Hey man those tree guys did a number on your mailbox”. I looked over at it and was just blanketed with sadness. Couldn’t have been better timing since as I was arriving home the tree trucks were just pulling away. I confronted one truck since the other truck knew what I was coming to talk to them for he pulled away down the street waiting for the second truck to follow. The two guys in the second truck didn’t speak any English but he did have a translator app. I asked what happened to my mail box? He shook his head no, and pointed to the driver that also didn’t speak English. So I drove down the street where the other truck went and parked and spoke with him. He seemed like he was full guilty. Instantly denied and shouted “HOW DID I KNOW IT WAS SPECIFIALLY HIM”. . I called the company just to get the run around. My neighbor informed me and also I have footage of my mailbox being crushed. Thing is this mailbox was a custom painted American flag that a buddy of mine who isn’t with us any longer made for me as a gift. Disappointed doesn’t even explain how I feel. Unprofessional workers.
