When storm Helene left a large Hickory tree on top of our house, I called several tree removal companies and got voice mail at each one. When I called Treescape I was told someone would be in touch within a couple of hours. Ron called me within the hour, set an appointment for that afternoon and showed up promptly, on-time. That was a huge relief considering that I live in SC about an hour from Gastonia. Ron assessed the situation, provided an estimate and set a day that they could remove the tree. David and crew showed up as promised with the necessary equipment to get the job done quickly. They were thoroughly professional. The Treescape team treated my property as if it was their property.
