Matt and his crew are ABSOLUTELY Fantastic! We had a major storm event, with a potential “touch down” of a tornado right over my house on the evening of May 26th. A large 80’ tree fell on to my roof and subsequently damaged quite a bit of the roof. That evening I got in touch with Matt, and knowing that the following Monday was a Holiday, I didn’t expect he’d be able to come assess the damages until Tuesday. However, I was wrong. Matt came over on a National Holiday to give a professional assessment. He quickly dispatched his equipment and all his crew that week to safely remove this monster of a tree off of my home so the adjusters and roofing contractors could assess the damages safely. Not to mention we have children so getting this tree moved in a timely manner was a priority due to the inherent risk of a tree leaning upon a structure. Matt and Carlos and the other technicians moved with tact and professionalism to safely, quickly, professionally, remove this monstrous tree off of the roof and dispose of it properly. There was little to no disruption to our lives other than simply staying out of their way. Clean Up was stellar. The work was completed and he and the other technicians moved on to a few other neighbors that called upon them, in their desperation, to find capable help to remove these large trees we have in our neighborhood that effected their respective properties. Matt and his crew at Trees and More did a wonderful job at my place this week. They planted about 44 trees. They didn't just dig holes and throw them in the ground, they took great care in adding special nutrients, took the baskets off and set them properly. Matt and his associate Carlos take great pride in their work. They really care about the final product. They were very respectful and accommodating to work with. This company is the real deal! Matt is very professional. He responded quickly to my request to remove a broken pine tree that had been damaged during a storm and was partially laying on a neighbor's fence. He and his crew were properly equipped and experienced enough to do the job without any damage to the fence. They were also able to safely take down the rest of the tree which was dangerously leaning towards the neighbor's home. They cleaned up the job site perfectly and even picked up a big pile of sticks I had gathered up in the front yard before leaving. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt and his crew if you have similar needs! 5 stars and 2 big thumbs up!
