Zakfiel provided amazing service. Was very accommodating with my budget and gave me great customer service. The company came and did extremely quality work and was very efficient.
TreeNewal LLC is FABULOUS AND FANTASTIC!! Mr Mulberry (front yard tree) got a much needed trim and will get another in 2 years. We had them remove the only tree we have in our backyard because it was leaning over our fence. They trimmed the neighbor's tree that shades our backyard. It will need another trim in 2 years. Cannot praise these guys enough! Wes' team of Paulo, Ezequiel, Victor, and Jorge did a wonderful job! They're friendly and went above and beyond.
We had such a great experience with TreeNewal. The arborist was very informative letting us know what the best time to have our tree trimmed was. The crew that came to do the work was amazing, talked to us before getting started and let us know what they were going to do but gave us choices as to how far we wanted to go . It turned out beautiful. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will use them again
Treenewal went above and beyond for us. Huge volume of trees needing attention all over DFW in May 2024 after a high winds storm. Oak tree in my front yard had a large branch broke off. Treenewal came out and explained the nature of the break and more about how trees repair/heal and what they do to assist the process. They were careful with the up front planning and thoughtful of keeping as much of the tree as possible. They then brought in a very talented (and fast) team to get the actual cutting/sealing done. On top of that they came back to back days to also treat the tree with a ground injection technique that will help the tree heal after need to do some branch removal.
TreeNewal Did A Good Job But The Communication Was Not There! Like most people that don't use tree service companies that often I thought I would get 4 bids. We live in Carrollton. The trees in our front yard may never have been cut in the last 10 years so there's a lot to review. That said I was concerned with over growth, crowding, and general tree care. Some of my neighbors have hacked down there trees and several limbs in search of the greenest grass. But then that results in horrible looking trees. And I didn't want that look. So I knew I needed a real arborist. I feel the trees in our yard offer a lot of curb appeal and the grass will grow more if the trees were trimmed. Ask anyone and they seem to have a strong opinions on this. I don't mind telling people that the rates for trimming just the 2 front trees (which are at least 36 years old, ranged from $600 to $2,300). This was a bit of a shock to this millennial. All of our friends stated that you should try to ask for a reduced rate. I personally find that insulting to tree companies but since all of our friends said this, I did feel pressure to call to inquire if there was any wiggle room. In the end they lowered my bid rate by only $20 less. TreeNewal was not the lowest priced nor were they the highest. This is after researching which ones of the 4 were actually certified arborists, so in a way that was a plus. TreeNewal seemed service-wise comparable to the higher end services and a lot less like the lowest services, however I feel they dropped the ball on communication: After the initial service call the owner reached out via email to see if they could answer any questions which I really liked, but I didn't have any questions as we were waiting for one more bid from yet another company. When I then decided to go with TreeNewal, the gentleman that came to the house initially said he has a hard time with calls placed to his cell phone. So knowing this I took his advice and I called the office direct and got some woman there. She could not find record of my initial appointment to come to my house by this gentleman! Then she transferred me to someone (a different guy) I had never met, and he said that he would be booking the appt. I told him its important that I be there the day of the cutting. He said that was no problem. I told him I work in insurance and it was just something I wanted to be onsite for. (Im really house conscious of what could go wrong). I also wanted to be onsite to see that the first guy who was a certified arborist was going to be onsite to get the work started by his guys like he said he would! I told the 2nd gentleman we would be out of town for the following week and his exact response was "that's great as we are running behind, I will call you and let you know. I reiterated with him: "Your saying you will call me to set up the official date, and he said yes." We went up north out of state for 7 days. When we came home it was dusk. I went out to get our mail from the neighbors and was surprised to see the tress had been cut and the TreeNewal door slip hanging from the front doorknob. I came back inside and asked my wife if she received any calls from unknown numbers in the last 7 days and checked my own phone. Neither of us did. AND HERES THE THING: Our doorbell has been broken. Due to this I placed a yellow post-it note 30 days before our trip on the inside of our glass screen door that says: "For deliveries or contact please call 214-***-***" (with my cell number listed). No one called me. And I received no email stating a proposed trimming time, etc. I realize that 2 trees is not a big deal to most folks. But they are to me. I don't know how I could have made that any clearer to the 3 people that work there I wanted to be there!? Do I like how the trees look? Yes. Are there areas that I wish had been clipped alittle more fully? Yes. Is there perhaps a reason why they weren't? Maybe. I'm NOT a certified tree arborist. But I also wasn't home so I COULD NOT have asked.
