I appreciated the time James took to explain how they were approaching trimming the trees and bushes that I requested, with concern about what could be done in this time of year and the age of the trees. Prices were reasonable. My main concern was having a crew that didn't have the same skills as those doing the estimates as I've had crews butcher plants, regardless of what was discussed. This crew was professional, they communicated what they were doing and had me confirm as they were doing the work. I really appreciated that they cleaned up everything as they brought their own mulcher to handle the debris. They also reiterated that they didn't want to do too much given the time of year and would consider doing more to trim them back, especially in height, after the winter, dormant months. I will definitely continue to hire them each year to manage the trees and my large bushes that we have grown as small trees.
