Brandon did an awesome job cutting down my tree! Super friendly, worked fast, and cleaned everything up like it was never there. Best part — his price was way better than the other quotes I got. Definitely recommend!
We’ve used Treece Tree Service several times , great turnaround , excellent customer service and very friendly professional. Great pricing , and awesome work !!
**Updated to 4 Stars** Since posting my original review (which is below), the company reached out to me, apologized profusely, and offered to come do the job as priority and honor the originally quoted price. The job did change a little due to the time that had passed, but they worked with me and did the extra to accommodate the new need without any additional charge. Thank you Brandon! I greatly appreciated you stepping in and doing what was needed to make it right! I would be willing to hire the company again should I have any future jobs needing to be done. —————————————————————— Original Review - I called at the end of March inquiring about 2 bushes to be removed and 1 to be trimmed. They came the next day and gave me an estimate. They informed me it would be a couple weeks before they could come out and do the job, which I was fine with. After a couple weeks, I didn’t hear anything so I followed up. I was then told they were delayed and they could have it done within a week. Well, that was the end of April and I have yet to hear back from them after calling and messaging multiple times. I am now back at square one having to call a new company to come out and provide an estimate, and the job will be an even bigger job since the bushes have grown quite a bit since March/April. Very disappointing.
We used Treece's because a tree service we had used before was unavailable. I won't be calling on Treece's again. They removed a couple of large limbs that I didn't feel like needed to be removed. A couple of limbs were shaved bare of smaller branches, and then chopped somewhere in the middle instead of cut off at the trunk (see photos). Dozens of smaller branches were left behind, including on the roof. When I returned home, the furniture on the deck had been moved, preventing me from using our back door, and we found trash in a few places in the yard (the NOS can is just one example). Any one of these problems would not be enough for me to be disappointed, but all of these issues amount to what seems like a very amateur tree trimming job. And when I called about having the "naked" limbs removed, the response was "Yeah, we can do that". It's been over a month.
We had a tree split in our front yard due to high winds. Brandon accessed the situation and offered multiple options. We decided to see if we can save the tree, so Brandon came out and trimmed it up as well as suggesting a product for Carpenter Ants. We are very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism.
