Tree Squad

Dan and his crew are top notch. Dan is an arborist and has an excellent knowledge base when it comes to trees. We didn't want just any crew with chainsaws arriving and cutting things without knowing what they were doing. Dan took time to go over the plan before his crew arrived and gave a clear, understandable bid. The crew was professional and business like and showed consideration for our neighbors and their property while working. We were very satisfied with the work and with the yard cleanup when they were finished.

Dan and his team did an excellent job on a very large project. I had neglected a variety of large trees in my front and back yard. Dan spent several hours providing consultation and recommendations on his first visit. You can really tell he cares about taking care of trees and his business. His work crew was very professional; did the work required, did not damage any flower beds or other property and cleaned-up their mess.

He gives great 'tree' advice and does great execution (tree-cutting, stumps, trimming, saving, etc). Dan, and his crew, have always has done a great job, on-time, within his accurate-estimate. Several times Dan came out and he advised us , as an arborist, on less cutting and preserving (pruning, caring-for) what trees we have for the future -- and it worked (years later). I found Dan & Tree-Squad, ten years ago, when I invited three tree companies out for an estimate. Dan gave the best advice at the best price (of the three). Dan the owner spent much time explaining what trees/bushes we had and which were good and which were not. Our project including pruning and removing trees from our entire yard. The previous owners had not done any work for many years. The service provided was outstanding. The proactive communication of project status was beyond what you normally get with contractors and was much appreciated. The cost was reasonable compared to other quotes I had. I will be using the tree squad for future projects. Our yard looks so much better after the professional pruning performed.

Dan is simply easy to work with if you have a tree problem. I only had a medium-sized birch tree removed but it felt like I got the focus and attention of a much larger job. The crew was completely professional and Dan was onsite to make sure the job was done according to our agreement. No confusion. He also knows his trees.
