Joseph, Jordan and Oz were very prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. I am completely satisfied with the work they did taking care of my trees. I recommend Tree Shepherds to anyone needing their trees trimmed. It makes a HUGE difference when a CERTIFIED ARBORIST does the work as opposed to a bunch of guys with a saw and a chipper. I am very satisfied.

Love this company! Wanted our Oak tree pruned for HOA regulations but we love our tree so much and wanted the best of the best. We wanted the tree to still be full and natural and cut correctly, not just hacked away at, so we spent some time researching different companies and saw that Tree shepherds had great reviews, certified arborists and good prices so decided to give them a try. John the Arborist came by to the estimate and review the trees and he was so knowledgeable! It was so interesting to hear all the facts about my tree and the best way to prune and care for it. Another certified Arborist also named John came back another day to add some treatment to my 3 cypress in the back and was a delight to work with. Thank you to both John’s for the information and professional services! When the crew came to trim the tree, they were on time and did a wonderful job. Our crew consisted of Jaylee, Jordan and Phil, and they were professional and friendly. One of the crew members climbed the tree to trim the top and inside in order to tip weight reductions and encourage internal canopy growth, (info learned from arborists!), he was very careful not to break any unnecessary branches. They took care not to step on my plants below the oak, trimmed where needed and even when they were ready to pack up and I mentioned there was a branch I didn’t like, before I could even ask or finish my sentence they were happily grabbing their tools to cut it. For someone who has high anxiety with services like this, this crew made me feel so comfortable and relaxed which I appreciate more than ANYTHING. If I didn’t feel this comfortable, I wouldn’t have mentioned the branch and had regretted it later. After, they racked up all the leaves and acorns, leaf blowed the sidewalk, swept the street and cleaned up the mess. Thank you so much Jordan, Jaylee and Phil! I will definitely be calling Tree shepherds again when I need tree service done. I wish I got better pictures but the house was barely visible and the branches were so low to street I could grab it. They did an excellent job. 10/10

Abe, Red, and Tyler were on time, focused, and did a great job completing two tree removals and a trimming. They were also very kind to my son that was very interested in the process. 10/10 recommend!

This was my first experience, pruning a large live oak in our yard, and Tree Shepherds did a fantastic job. Stan was great on the initial proposal answering lots of questions about tree care, and our trimming team of Josh. Jordan and Rodolfo were fantastic in making our tree look its best and keeping it healthy. I was really impressed at how quickly and efficiently they worked and also what a great job they did with cleanup at the end. We will definitely use Tree Shepherds again.

We have used Tree Shepherds many times. Most recently last week to remove a 125+ year old Post Oak. I got 5 estimates. Tree Shepherds was the 2nd to the lowest quote. I didn't chose them because of this. I chose them because they had done quality work for us before. And have done work at our neighbors. Kim in the office was amazing, polite and honest. The workers were quick and clean. From top to bottom. they were amazing. I have passed their information around to our neighborhood email chain.
