Tree Services of Omaha

I am blown away by the professionalism and efficiency of the team from Tree Services of Omaha. Arrived early. Had good, clean equipment, were very cautious when working close to the house or structures in the yard and were very competitively priced! We had two large trees in our backyard removed and the stumps ground out. A neighbor wanted the wood chips and they dumped those in his drive for him. I am extremely thankful for the service they provided and will never consider another service for my trees They were even very careful with some baby squirrels which made my grand daughters very happy. (Momma squirrel reclaimed the babies after everything settled down)

They don't do a very good job. 1. They disconnected our downspouts to the gutters and then didn't RECONNECT THEM! The truly stupid part is that the spouts SWIVEL and they didn't have to disconnect them at all. LUCKILY, no rain, as one of the spouts tends to dump water into the basement. 2. They cut the tree down...letting huge chunks drop into our garden. Which they had NOT warned us about. 3. They didn't clean up the yard. They hauled the logs away, but didn't check for any large debris. And as someone that mows their own yard, I hate hitting debris, as it gouges the blade and ejects smaller bits everywhere. See the attached pictures to understand what I mean by debris, as I spent 2 hours this morning raking my yard. Two of the chunks I had to DIG out of my yard, as the Ditch Witch they used had semi-buried them. That would have been fun to hit with the mower. 4. The worst part is that I showed all of this to their representative. And all he said was "Sorry." He did NOT offer to send the crew back to clean up, he did offer to "HELP ME" clean up their mess, which reads as stupid has it sounded. The rep kept saying "Sorry. I'll make sure it doesn't happen again. I don't care about AGAIN, as I won't be hiring them. And sadly, I even had to clean the neighbors yard, as some debris ended up there. I have already recommended them to 2 friends. That's the LAST recommendations I'll ever do for them.

We have been happy customers of David's for about seven years now and are never left disappointed. Always exemplary work and competitive pricing. Couldn't recommend anyone else more!! We have two massive trees, an oak and a maple, as well as an apple tree trimmed regularly with injections for tree health on the line oak since it's finnicky. They've removed a stump about 5' in diameter that split the property line that literally grew IN our fence and they went above and beyond to accommodate our neighbor's retaining wall surrounding it.

This is the first time I have used Tree Services of Omaha for tree trimming service. The tree trimming crew was quick and efficient. Everything went as planned and they did a great job getting the old tree trimmed up removing dead branches, removing a branch in a power line and getting the tree cleared from the shingles/roofline. I would definitely use again in the future. Some before/after photos

This review is in relation to a ChipDrop.I told the company I would be leaving a review. I get, mulch is basically free and love that aspect of utilizing a waste. But, I requested for delivery to the right of way on two different streets and asked them to be cognizant of the sidewalk if they could. It was delivered in the street on a no parking side of the street. If a contractor doesn't know the difference between righ-of-way (curb toward house) and the street. I wouldn't have them do work.
