TREE SERVICE MARK RIGGS

Great Guys and Service!! Trimmed our big pine tree for a Very Resonable price!! Had it all trimmed and cleaned up the mess in 45 minutes. I personally recommend Mark Riggs tree service!! Thank you again Guys!! Great job. 07-11-25 2nd time using this Kick ass team!! Took down 3- 50’ trees and beat all competitors I called!! Quality work and all his guys are polite and professional!! Cleaned up everything and hauled away debris!! Must Use if needing trees trimmed or removed!! Thanks again guys!!

Mark and crew did an excellent job taking down three large trees about 6 feet from the house with two of them hanging over the roof. Due to the limited space between the houses they could not use their truck had to take them down by climbing and roping the limbs down. They had to move all the branches and large tree trunk pieces by hand to the front of the house for removal. Extremely hard work and I could not believe they got it done in one day. For the limited space to work, effort expended and potential liability issues I thought his price very reasonable. Very satisfied.

Mark - you and your team did a wonderful job on our yard today. We had informed Mark that we were going to have our roof replaced, and needed a tree taken down, some tree trimming, and huge Silverthorn hedges that needed to be pruned. Spoke with Mark about cleaning up palms. He went out to look at them and never got back with me until I reached out to him to ask if he ever looked at the trees. He replied and stated he would need to speak with his climber and get back with me. Again I had to reach out to him asking if he got with the climber. He responded later that day no, that the guy probably thought he was gonna make him work on the holiday weekend. I never heard from him again, that was 11 days ago. If you don’t want to do the job, or it’s too small, or just don’t feel like it, just tell the customer. That’s all customers want. Just be honest and tell the customer you are not going to do the job so the customer can move forward with someone else. It now is weeks into me finding someone to trim trees just because Mark wasn’t up front in not doing the job. Just poor business practice to string along a customer.

Did a great job clearing out our back yard. Took down several trees, ground stumps, and trimmed additional trees. Returned all of my phone calls, came to my house on time every time. Was very courteous, efficient, and cleaned up everything. I will definitely be using his services again.
