Through the years we have had different companies trim our trees, but this was definitely the best company! They knew what trimming we wanted done, however, each of the workers asked our approval as they worked & they made changes as together we saw more trimming needed. They were very efficient in all ways & cleaned up our yard, too!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tree Scouts to manage the tree care on my 5-acre property, and to say the least, they exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional. I mostly communicated with Erek and Josh, both of which were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about their work and customer service. They took the time to understand what I was needing , offered expert advice, and ensured everything was completed as I would expect. The Tree Scouts crew trimmed over 30 trees with, pruning each one to enhance its health and appearance while maintaining the natural beauty of my property. They also handled the removal of a few trees (without damage) and did a thorough cleanup. Simply remarkable from initial contact through the completed job. What truly set Tree Scouts apart from others was their customer service and their pricing. Well beyond fair, and overall a great value. They were extremely reasonable for the scope of work, especially compared to other companies I’ve used over the past 25 years. I’ve finally found a tree care company I can trust, and I won’t be going anywhere else moving forward. Tree Scouts deserves every bit of their 5-star rating—highly recommend them to anyone in need of expert tree services!

I had a great experience with Tree Scouts! They were professional, punctual, and did an excellent job with my trees. They do not simply trim; they consider the trees' health. Josh with his crew worked efficiently, cleaned up everything afterward, and the price was fair. I’m pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree service.

Tree Scouts came out to trim our live oaks in Lakeway and did an amazing job. They were professional, cleaned everything up, and the trees look so much healthier now. Highly recommend their crew!

Wonderful Company! We have hired the same tree company since 2017. This year I decided to give Tree Scouts Tree Service a try. Erek Flynn, owner & arborist came out 2X to give me an estimate, the 2nd time was because I felt I needed to have more of my neighbors’ trees trimmed then he initially quoted me. He came back out within a couple of hours of my request to re-walk my property with me. The price went up a little, but it was a reasonable price. The day of service, the team took great care while trimming our trees. Josh was fabulous! 
When the crew arrived, he introduced himself, walked the property with me, just like I did with Erek. While working, he communicated with me anytime he had questions & then one more time before they were almost done. It is difficult to see things clearly until all the trimming is completely finished and the branches are removed from the ground. So, after the team left, I could see things better & I felt like 2 areas needed a little bit more trimming. I called Tree Scouts & Zack had the team turn around & come back. Over the top service! They immediately came back & trimmed my trees. Knowledgeable, communicative, friendly & professional; from beginning to end. I highly recommend Tree Scouts Tree Service!
