Within the hour, he and his team were on-site. Eloy was friendly and professional, and his colleague (who clearly loves climbing trees) scaled the palm like a ninja. Our family had the pleasure of working with Eloy and team. Prompt, world-class service at a great rate! The owner Eloy is friendly, professional, and definitely knows what he's doing. I spoke with a few different companies to transplant a canary island date palm before choosing to go with Tree Loyalty. I'm very happy with my decision. Eloy was with his team the entire time and made sure everything went as planned. His team was friendly and very hardworking. He's an arborist so has lots of knowledge regarding all things trees. He even let me sneak some advice him from him regarding my other trees while doing this job. Tree Loyalty will be my go-to for all tree related needs.

I called Eloy to ask him about a small shrub/bush removal job in our front yard, in preparation for a new fence to be built on our property line. He was very quick to email me back and let him know a time that worked best for him and even offered an earlier appointment when available. Super quick and to the point. He made sure not to cut anything else other than I described in the photos I gave him, and his team was done in about 20-30 minutes.
