Wow. Look no further for tree experts! Dylan was a pleasure to work with and he and his crew did a fantastic job with our live oak. It’s just over 20 years old and needed quite a bit of trimming. Not only did the Tree Doctors’ crew help to trim the branches that needed attention, but they were also able to correct improper trimming from over a year ago (another company, obviously). They helped with trimming branches reaching toward our roof, over our fence-line, as well as overgrown branches reaching toward the ground. When Dylan came for the consultation, it was clear that he is a true arborist. The way he talked about the tree, its health, and what he saw it needed was extraordinary. I’ll never want to have tree work done by anyone else now that I know how it is to work with an actual arborist who cares about appearance—not just clearing a power line or rooftop. Our entire backyard seems significantly larger. I can hardly describe it! The crew also did a thorough job removing tree debris, including the stump of a small bush and tree they removed while working on the live oak. Thank you so much Tree Doctors of America!

Many thanks to Brandon and James. They have a great team and are all very professional. The guys arrived early and had job done in a timely manner. Tony and his crew did an amazing job trimming palms and pine trees and did a detailed clean up. It’s obvious that customer service is top priority for Tree Doctors of America!! I highly recommend them to anyone needing an arborist!!

All of their tree service professionals are fully licensed and insured to protect our property and their workers in case of any accidents or damage. I was impressed that they wanted me to request to be added to their insurance policy, and that I would receive a confirmation from the insurance company verifying this and confirming they actually had insurance. My request was about a neighbor’s tree hanging over my property. The arborist asked about property lines and recommended the cuts needed. He noticed Bore Beetles and carpenter ants on the tree.i asked about them and they eat the wood this potentially creating a risk for structural damage if we had sustained winds. They sent a written quote, versus the many drive by tree trimming companies offering to trim your trees without insurance or possibly even a license. I will update this review later. Before pictures. After picture. Crew left tracks on my neighbors driveway from their machine so I paid to pressure wash the tracks away.

Great communication and service! Setup and estimate were easy and smooth. Myrto and crew were extremely friendly and professional making sure everything was how I wanted it. After a horrible experience with a previous tree removal company, Tree Doctors was just what we needed. Highly recommend and will be using again for future tree removal needs.
