Tree Care Inc

We hired Tree Care Inc. to remove and trim multiple trees in our yard. Our neighbors gratuitously allowed the workers to use their driveway with heavy equipment while tree trimming. A hydraulic leak occured on our neighbors driveway while they were working. One attempt was made to clean it up, which was not to our satisfaction. Pictures were sent to the office and calls made to the manager, with no attempt to return my call. I will never use their service again as the owner Eddie is never available. Travis did not keep his word that the spill would be cleaned up to our and our neighbors satisfaction. A call to the Better Business Bureau will be made.

We have used Tree Care Inc for several jobs. Most recently we needed them after the snow storm dropped a limb on our garage. They are professional, prompt, and efficient. Tree work is stressful and expensive for homeowners. They check all of the boxes to ease those worries and we will continue to use them in the future. They even left us a snowman to laugh about on their way out this time😅

The guys were here early. Took down One large dead tree and 3 other dead trees. Also 3 smaller trees and hauled off. They were done in 3 hours. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

They were terrible! The left a dumpster in our street for a week. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get them to come get it. When they finally came the ran over my mailbox and again I had to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They finally sent a check for the wrong amount and said they would send me a corrected one which they never did. In addition to all of this they didn’t even do a good job. They left a whole trash can full of limbs and branches we had to clean up ourselves. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The crew did a great job! They were professional and picked up all the tree debris. There was nothing left for me to do but watch.
