We had a very very Difficult Job, a Massive threatening cedar (40ft+ ) , close to the house surrounded by Fences, hottub, shed and a brick fireplace. There is no access to our yard for Equipment. We had a few companies check out the job, we weren’t real comfortable with, one suggested a Crane to remove tree going over the house. Matt from Tree Care America came out and assessed the job. The service the team provided was outstanding, excellent. They took great care in trimming the tree and protecting my home all while be very cordial and fun. Matthew has some phenomenal customer service. We reached out for a quote and within a couple of hours we already had an appointment scheduled. When he came out and looked at what we wanted done he gave his professional outlook on it and went over not just what he was going to do but why he was going to do it and how that would benefit not just us but also the trees. He provided some insight and education along with ensuring our concerns were met. The turnaround time was quick and the team that came out was very efficient at what they do. After they left there was nothing to clean up because they cleaned up after themselves and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the end result.

I have to apologize about not posting this review sooner, for a job Tree Care America completed for us on June 7th. They arrived with all the different trucks and organized equipment ready to work. The supervisors were able to answer any questions or concerns we had. The crew was energetic, up-beat & worked together incredibly well. I have included pictures from the job. First off, my trees needed attention so bad that people who even knew someone that cut trees were stopping and dropping off business cards. I had already gotten four quotes for what I needed done but the cost was too prohibitive and most didn't include all the services I wanted done. So, I wasn't expecting much when the estimator showed up to look at what I wanted done. I was in for a big surprise! After looking at everything and hearing me out he came back with a quote that was nearly $3,000 below the previous quotes and included everything I wanted done. I suspected they were perhaps a fly by night outfit at that price but after checking their references I was sold. The next day I called them back and it was game on. Two days later at 7:45 am, they arrived in force and immediately went to work. They took down 6 trees and trimmed 2 more. There were 3 trees that were a genuine challenge, the first being a live oak about 4' in diameter at the base. This tree was on the very edge of my driveway, leaned in on my house and was positioned between the power lines to my house and my neighbor's house. The second challenge was another oak within 3' of my house that reached over our roof. Then there was the tree that we had trimmed in the back yard. This tree had three large branches that reached across the roof of our garage and patio. Each branch was easily the size of a small tree in itself. The guys from Tree Care took it down with precision, threading the needle with each piece they cut, never disrupting our power or endangering our property. I knew I had the right crew when they huddled up before beginning their work to say a prayer. You couldn't have asked for a more polite, professional, pleasant group of people. They worked well together as if they were best of friends. There was no cursing, no smoking, they cleaned up everything and weren't prepared to stop until they were sure that I was satisfied with the job they had done. They put in an 11-hour day and I never heard anyone complain. In a word, they were simply AMAZING. I can't say enough good things about this company. If you need tree work and don't hire them to do it, you are making a grave mistake. It will be several years before I will need these trees trimmed again but when I do, I know who I'm calling!
