Tree Brothers gave me the most affordable and fair priced quotes out of several local tree companies. They were very busy but fit us in, in which we really appreciate. They showed up on time, handled everything safely and professional. They worked hard and got the tree cut down within 3 hours. Ryan was knowledgeable and also very friendly. We will continue to use Tree Brothers in the future and will recommend them to all.

I would like to give a positive review because the guy was very nice when I talked to him but after messaging him several times trying to get him to give me the actual bid I've never heard back from him in over three weeks. This would have been a very big job on several properties

Quote to remove 4 trees including stumps. Tree brothers called to come a day early. After 15 minutes of arriving continuous ringing of the doorbell, they were cutting the trees down with a chainsaw. There was a storm coming so they wanted to cut the four trees down without removing the stumps. They said the quote said if they couldn’t remove the trees they would cut them down and they would not remove the stumps. The pictures below is how they left the front and tree stumps. I had to clean up and have my husband cut the trees stumps flush. My husband has a chainsaw and could have done a more professional job. When I called to discuss my disappointment of the service, I was treated disrespectfully and belittled while I was calming sharing my disappointment with the service. I tried to express my disappointment for over 15 minutes on the phone. The ironic thing is this call was almost the length of time tree brothers were at my house. Disappointing tree service and more disappointing customer service!!!

We have used Tree Brothers two times in the last year to take down 2 very large white pines (50 year old) that were much to close to our house. They were prompt, efficient, and very easy to work with. Highly recommend them.
