Fletcher and his crew are top notch. He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time for a free estimate. He called the day before the scheduled date of work to announce his arrival time to begin work. He and his crew arrived on time with all their own equipment needed to complete the job. They also accommodated my wife and I by accepting additional work and throughly explaining what they were doing. To top it all off, they cleaned up the branches and leaves/samaras seeds. Very happy with our experience! We had one large dead tree needing to come down before it caused damage or worse. I kept getting the run around from other companies and contacted Top to Bottom and they didn't mess around! They were able to get to us within a week and got us taken care of.
