We discovered Top Notch Tree Services after seeing the excellent work they did for one of our neighbors. We hired them to cut back a massive, overgrown 60-year-old mango tree and to top off a star fruit tree. Benjamin, the owner and crew chief, is both professional and personable. He embodies a lot of Aloha, and that positive energy is evident among his crew as well. For the estimate, Benjamin walked our property and provided a fair quote for the amount of work involved. He was highly communicative throughout, whether by call or text, and it’s clear he has a deep understanding of customer service. On the scheduled date, Benjamin and his crew showed up as promised and did an excellent job. With service this good, it can take some time to lock in an appointment, so plan ahead. Benjamin and his crew were recommended to me by one of my real estate clients.
