Cole and his team are fantastic. I was out of town when an 80 foot, 15 ton tree fell on my roof. I called Tolleson and they were out to my house the same day. Tarped the roof in the dark and in the rain. The team saved the inside of the house from more damage. They were able to remove the tree with very little additional damage. It was unbelievable.

New to the area and living next to the forest I had work that was overdue. This included a large dead tree on a steep slope next to a deck. If that tree were to go...I didn't want to think about what might happen. Anyway, Cole got the OK from the City to fell the tree into the canyon saving a great deal of money and doing the right thing. When all was said and done, that tree was almost totally rotted out and was barely hanging on. It was a disaster waiting to happen. Beyond that, and without my even realizing they were going to do it, they went down into the canyon and cut all the limbs off the trunk of a second tree in a very neat manner to minimize the visual impact and other issues. It was all these little things they did on a number of trees (like pruning a pine next to the water feature, including wires, to make it more bonsai.) The cleanup BOTH DAYS was impeccable as well. Not to mention that are pleasant, hardworking, and know their stuff. There's no need to call anyone else,

Cole is very knowledgeable and gave us good advice even before we decided to use him for our project. He even suggested that we don't prune a certain tree yet even when other tree companies were more than happy to do it right away and take our money. We had Cole come and remove another tree for us and trim some branches off neighbors' trees overhanging into our yard. He and his team were responsive and quickly got the job done. Impeccable clean up! Very reasonable prices. We will definitely be using Tolleson Family Tree Care again. We highly recommend them for their integrity and great service!

We set up 2 bids to remove some trees - Cole (Tolleson) came first. After meeting him I cancelled the 2nd bid because I was so impressed and I trusted him to do the job. Cole is knowledgeable and generous with his time. His partner Jackie in the office is top notch - great communication - friendly. Cole brought a crew of 4 people and they completed the job quickly and with great expertise. They cleaned up beautifully too. The crew seemed to enjoy working together and they made a great team.
