I simply cannot say enough good stuff about these guys. We had eight 100+ year-old oaks that were dead in our back yard. They showed up at 8am, and the yard was spotless by 6pm. I cannot believe they got it done in a day. Not only that, but there were a couple that were really challenging to get to, and they did it all. Unbelievable. They worked super hard all day and were STILL jovial by the end. The price was right, too. I would highly recommend this tree service to anyone-especially in Wyoming with all the oak wilt.

TLC is the best! They arrived on time and got right to it. We couldn’t believe how quickly they worked. They were a well oiled machine. After work was completed, the cleanup was outstanding! We had a number of trees that were becoming a menace to our home, including a very large oak and a very ill ash. After soliciting several quotes, we decided to hire TLC Tree Service. Not only because their prices were very competitive (though that was a factor) but because I was so impressed with Kyle. From our first conversation over the phone to when he came out to do the initial estimate, and then the follow-up conversations when we decided to hire TLC, Kyle was very easy to work with. He came out to do the estimate, and took his time to walk around the property with me to look at all the trees close to the house. Eventually we decided on removing six trees and taking the tops off of three more, plus a lot of trimming on the remaining trees. Kyle handed me the quote on the spot. When I called later to book TLC, he was up-front in telling me that I wouldn't hear anything from them until one week before they would be coming out. Just when I was feeling like I needed to call and check in, the phone rang. One week later, the crew arrived at our house. I walked around and showed them which trees were being removed (marked with red paint) and which were being topped, and we talked about the remaining trees close to the house which would be trimmed back to keep branches and squirrels off the roof. The crew went to work, and it was amazing how this small crew seemed to be everywhere at once, cutting down the trees slated for removal, trimming the other trees, removing the wood waste, and cleaning as they went. Despite it being a cold day, and the cold wreaking a little havoc on their equipment, they had the entire job done and the yard cleaned up better than when they started before sunset. They even took the waste from another dead tree which had fallen down earlier in the year at no additional charge! The other owner, Travis, who was working as part of the crew, was incredibly pleasant to work with, and despite the setbacks with their equipment, we paid what Kyle had estimated, and not a penny more. These guys truly care about their customers. We can recommend TLC Tree without hesitation, and we will definitely be calling them in the future to deal with additional tree work around our property.

Travis and his crew removed two trees for us and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional, skilled and did a wonderful job with the cleanup.
