I recently hired Timber Pros Tree Care Company, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Victor and his crew were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with professionalism and care. Victor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. The team worked seamlessly together and left the area spotless once the job was done — you'd never know they had taken down large trees! These guys are the best! Not only can they tackle the tallest trees with ease and care, they clean up the area so well you hardly knew they were there. I even asked them to remove an additional tree the day of them coming to my property and they gave me a fair price and took care of it that day. Timber Pros are my first call when I need tall trees removed.

Had some tall oaks, some dead branches, and they tackled all of it beautifully! They ground the stumps and left the mulch as instructed, and they cleaned up some of our trees, and took all the debris when they left. They made me aware that the heavy machinery will put some damage on the grass, we've done this before and we were aware of the process, but appreciated that they were upfront about it too. They were very good at communication. It was super super easy to deal with them, I requested insurance information, that was sent to me within hours of my request, and I was able to sign sign the paperwork and get on their schedule quickly. They were here the next day, and that was amazingly efficient! And they did all of the work in less than 5 hours. The crew was wonderful, the foreman was wonderful, I thank them all, and wholeheartedly recommend Timber Pros!

I am extremely happy with my service from Paco and crew. They removed 3 trees (2 large, 1 small) and also provided stump grinding. They showed up on the coldest day of the year, no problem! They were super friendly, fast, efficient, and cleaned up everything beautifully. Very reasonably priced as well. They definitely earned my trust and recommendation!

I'm writing this review while the Timber Pro team is taking trees down in my yard. All companies should look at Timber Pro for how to run a service company. The communication was on point, the estimator was great-educating me about the process and giving me some options. The team showed up this morning, as planned. I'm so impressed with how well they work together and how kind they are. The estimator told me the yard would be cleaned up after the trees were taken down and I have to say, its looking like the trees were never there. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
