Timber Falls Tree Care took down and hauled away two enormous oak trees from my backyard yesterday. Because of the location of my house and other obstacles on the property, the only way to perform the work was to set up a huge telescopic crane and then work over the tall outdoor power company electrical wires in front of my house. Before the work was performed, and because of the unique, extremely challenging set of circumstances on the property, I couldn't possibly imagine how cutting and removing the trees could be safely done, even though the planned method was described to me. When the day finally arrived for the scheduled work to be done, I watched in sheer awe as the Timber Falls crew quickly got to work. With their incredible array of heavy-duty equipment and highly methodical procedures, they safely and efficiently cut down the trees, loaded them onto a timber truck, and thoroughly cleaned up the job site. I couldn't be happier or more impressed with their high-level skill, professionalism, and friendliness. I highly recommend them.

I just had the crew from Timber Falls at my house for two days clearing out trees. Most of them were these massive, old white pines that hung over the house, sheds, power lines; and this... leviathon that jutted out over the road and high voltage line. I'd spent the last few years scaring off several tree services in the area, but these guys were confident they could get the job done. And I've got to say, that even though it was a slog trying to find a tree service actually willing to do the work, I think I got lucky that the others backed out. They were clean, efficient, and professional. After they set up their crane and staged the chipper, they got right to work. Watching them mow through these monsters was both fascinating and nerve-wracking. Ask anyone I work with, and they'll tell you I'm a beast on the job, so I'm a pretty tough critic when it comes to judging job performance. These guys were a tour-de-force, and I was quite impressed. They know what they're doing. After two days, I've got a big open sky, and a yard full of stumps (I chose not to grind them--not worth it to me). I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. I do have to note that I did get rescheduled due to weather. The days they were originally supposed to do the work had winds over 20mph. This is a dangerous profession, so anyone who has tree work done would do best to keep this in mind. We want everyone to go home healthy and with all their limbs, so I appreciate their concern for the safety of their crew. All in all, I'm thrilled with the results. If I need any more tree work done, they'll be my first call.

I rarely write a review but today I find it very important to do so. I had 1st contacted Timber Falls Tree Service two get a quote for a stump removal. Days later Derek visited my home and that evening I received an invoice price, signed the agreement. Three weeks later I was scheduled for the service. Two gentleman, Connor & Drew arrived with what looked like a Tonkya Toy on steroids, a remote control stump grinder. In less than a half hour the stump was removed, the chips were moved to a specific location and the job was done. Fantastic, I could not have been happier. PS, I shall not forget the inside person who coordinated this experience, I owe it all to Cassandra. Thank you-David, North Hampton, NH
