I'm very pleased with our recent experience with Tiger Tree. We had a large cottonwood limb that was dangling perilously above the sidewalk. After they saw that, they offered to remove it free of cost the next day--and they did. I was given a bid for safety pruning that was comparable to another local company. Scheduling the pruning occurred about a month after I accepted the bid. Coordinating the service was easy because of great communication. I'm currently watching him work from my window and I'm impressed with the thoroughness and attention to detail.

Tiger has been spraying my trees for bark beetle for several years now. Their service has consistently been of the highest quality and truly professional. We have been impressed with the fact that pricing has remained competitive even though the economy has provided ample reason for price increases. In addition to an excellent product, I must commend Tiger on an equally satisfactory customer service experience. The office staff has always been courteous and accommodating over these many years and that in itself says a lot about a business.

My husband and I had a great experience with Tiger Tree! It was easy to schedule an estimate and the staff member who came out explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand, and listened to my questions and concerns. The crew who came out to do the work did a great job (and it was a BIG job, all-day long!). They communicated with me throughout, did exactly what we had asked/discussed, and cleaned up after the job. All staff members in-person and via phone were great to work with - courteous, kind, and professional. We have had a not-great experience with another tree-trimming company previously so I am very pleased to have found a good company to work with for the several older trees at our house. Overall Tiger Tree did great, and they will be the only company we will use in the future, or recommend to friends, family, and neighbors.
