I called “The Tree Guy” and Austin was quick to respond and was very prompt in scheduling a visit to my home. He evaluated the work to be done and I was very happy with the estimate. Austin and his helper did a great job pruning our overgrown Bismarck palms and trimming our oak tree. He cleaned up the yard and he stayed late to be sure everything was done. I would recommend him highly!

I decided to build a fence on one side of my house but needed several large overgrown palm trees removed and/or cut back. The problem was that our neighbor had planted those trees 30 years ago on our property. (We didn’t live here then). We decided to cut the trees back to our property line. Austin told us that would be no problem and he gave us a very reasonable quote. We decided to hire Austin because of his 5 star ratings and excellent comments from his previous work. While Austin was here working, our neighbor came out yelling at us and at him, threatened us with her lawyer, and attempted to slow down and/or stop the work. She would stand in front of the stump grinder and underneath tree limbs that had been cut and needed to be removed. Austin continually stopped working and asked her to please move so that she wouldn’t get hurt. Austin was extremely professional and polite in dealing with my very difficult neighbor in a very difficult situation. Regarding his work, I am very happy with the results. In spite of the difficulty of the situation and the massive amount of work that needed to be done, Austin did a great job cleaning up the area and I will be able to build my fence. I highly recommend Austin for any tree removal job that you have.

I always try to find small business owners when I need something done. I found The Tree Guy from Google. This is the guy you want to hire! I inquired about a tree and stump removal and was called that same day to set up a time for an estimate. Austin came out and gave us our estimate, he was very friendly, and the price was amazing.Throughout his work he communicated with us every step of the way and took excellent care of the yard. We have other trees, fencing, and a swing set, and he made sure to keep these in his view so nothing fell on them. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. We will definitely be using him again for any tree needs.

I talked to Austin on a Tuesday and he came the following day to trim mass overgrowth of trees on our property. I had explained what I needed, and he provided exactly that. Did a great job, cleaned up after himself and charged a reasonable price. Not only highly recommend his services, but will be using him in the future for upkeep.

Austin is a professional tree service company. I hired him to trim up my palm trees and he went over and above what I asked him to do. The price never changed from the first “even though he did more. He was concerned that I was satisfied and made sure he didn’t damage my property in the performance of cutting the trees. Very pleasant to deal with.I would recommend using his services.
