Davey Tree finally came out yesterday—in the middle of some snow—to take care of the branch trimming they’d promised months back. Credit where it’s due: the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently in rough weather, and safely cleared the branches that had been creeping toward the house. The work was clean, controlled, and exactly what was needed. Would I have preferred the service to happen sooner? Absolutely. But the team that arrived delivered solid, professional work under less-than-ideal conditions, and I appreciate that level of follow-through.

This year has been a not so good year with Davey. We had so many weeds around all of our flower beds and in the middle of our yard in many places. Also along the front of our property along the curb the whole way across the frontage. I called a few times and was told they would come out and spray again. I don't know if they indeed came out or not but the issue continued for the whole season. They were really good a few years ago when we first started using the Davey company. I will be watching closely this upcoming season, to make sure they are killing the weeds in the whole yard. I'm sure the employees are under a deadline that makes them spend minimal time at each property but the quality is beginning to suffer because of it. It might be time to change up our service. This year will tell.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Very professional estimate process with Jessica. The tree triming crew was outstanding, led by Antonio, and did an excellent job. I love the way my trees look now. Cleanup was top notch. Highly recommend Davey Tree Service and Antonio's crew!

Updated Mon-29-July24-9:45 am-Regarding Damaged Lawn* Good morning Consumers of the Community, I wrote Davey Tree Experts Corp. Kent Ohio a week ago (21July24-Don Roppolo VP Support when I was forced to accept my Lawn Service being moved to Burr Ridge IL instead of Naperville which really took care of my Lawn (Comiskey-Chicago White Sox Grass) Even asked DM of Location Matt Hess to keep my lawn looking as before they came-See Attached Pictures of my Landscape Awards and how lawn it looks now. I had to ask them to come out no one notified me my service was being moved in April and now its ruined. I gave them a chance-Now- my lawn is ruined, and no one will help me but send my name back and forth. No one ever called me as I asked from Corporate Kent Ohio and Kelly B. (Not sure if she is even real?) replied to my concern with an email this morning (7am) not a phone call. Now, I hear from Ryan who ruined my lawn in the first place huh? I told him my lawn is ruined I don't want to hear from him I want to hear from someone over his Boss from Corporate what kind of Company is this? The stress is bothering my Wife who is a breast cancer Survivor, and I am tired of begging people to do the right thing which would be to put back with the service we had Naperville Davey Tree Experts Seth and credit my Lawn service this year. I have been using Davey’s lawn and tree service for several years and they never disappoint! They are inline with their prices and their customer service is excellent. The technicians that do the lawn,shrub and tree service are professional and polite. The few times I have had questions- I have sent them in via email and had responses within hours !(at the latest) They have my business and continue to earn it through their actions
