Five ⭐️ plus for this tree company!! The guys were so professional, made recommendations for trimming the tree, clean up was above and beyond!!! My husband was very impressed with the owner, from the initial call! Highly, highly recommend!!! Wish I had before pictures.

First off, 5 stars doesn’t really justify what I am about to say. Over a week ago, Greenville got a pretty bad storm that softened the ground. Unfortunately, I had a Multi-stem Poplar Tree that started to uproot and was leaning heavily on my vinyl fence (thankfully it was leaning right on the post of the fence which gave it better support). I was pretty panicked because I was scared the tree could come down at any moment so I started calling around to several Emergency Arborist around Greenville. Brad with The City Arborist texted/called me back almost immediately (mind you, it was around 7:30PM) Thankfully the tree held on overnight and Brad and his crew were at my house the next morning ready to take care of the threat. While they were there, I also had them remove a pecan tree that was too close for comfort to my house, a couple of smaller trees that kept interfering with my power line and had them cut back my two Water Oaks in the front yard along with clearing a branch overhead of my back deck. 5 stars doesn’t justify what work they did, these guys were phenomenal. From the estimate to the updates via text (I was at work while all of this was being taken care of) to the pride of each cut to all the cleaning up of the debris these guys hands down are incredible. Thank you Brad and your All Star A team. You guys did a wonderful job and I am so very thankful!! If you’re reading this, support local, and don’t hesitate. The City Arborist is hands down the best company I have had the opportunity to work with in recent memory. We had a tree come down on an investment property during a recent storm and had to respond quickly to lessen additional damages. Without knowing who to call in this situation, I was fortunate enough to have Brad as one of my first calls. He immediately set the tone of what would be a great experience from start to finish. Within less than 24-hours of the tree falling on the house, it was removed and cleared off the home. Not only was this extremely helpful, Brad was also able to connect us with a local roofing company that was able to come in right behind his crew and tarp the home preventing additional damage risk. Brad is very transparent with his pricing and has experience working directly with insurance adjusters, and will ensure everything is fair. I actually had a few other quotes scheduled, and when one of the other companies heard I was already speaking with Brad they said “well, you’re wasting your time talking to anyone else at this point, he’s (Brad) the best”. This just further built confidence in our decision to use Brad when other industry experts spoke this highly of him. The City Arborist took care of our beautiful old sugar maple tree and did a great job! They trimmed it, removing damaged or dead branches, and installed a cable to stabilize it and protect it from damage during storms. Very nice and professional crew! They also removed branches from another tree that were hanging on power lines. Highly recommend them!

This company recently removed two very large trees that were positioned very dangerously between condos in Sugar Creek Villas. They were better than exceptional. Their safety, professionalism, and thoroughness makes them stand out as the arborist of choice. They had extensive equipment that was obviously well-maintained. The owner was present performing or supervising every aspect of the project and you could tell his crew were all very well-trained and professional. I would not call anyone else for any tree work except City Arborist!
