Branch Office Tree Service was a fantastic choice for our tree care needs. Mike Quinn arrived at our home within a day to provide an assessment and a quote that we felt was very fair. Mike and his team were professional and efficient from start to finish. He was on-site and actively involved in every step of the process. I would absolutely recommend Mike Quinn and his team for their excellent work.

I had Branch office out to my church and parsonage last week. Not only did Mike give me an awesome estimate but his team stuck to it and completed job in 1 day 10 trees that were so overgrown!! Highly recommend them!!!

The first time we used this company (for trimming/pruning) all was fine. Our second experience, for tree/stump removal, was terrible. He put clumps of white mulch into our professionally landscaped red-mulched flower bed. When I told him, he smirked and said, "It's all the same, it will look the same in two days." As you can see from the pictures, that is clearly not true. He said he would remove the white mulch and put down the same color mulch. Instead, they left spots of white mulch and used a different color red and different consistency mulch. It looked bad even after they supposedly fixed it. People make mistakes and we are reasonable however our contract clearly stated full removal and they did not remove the remove the mulch. Further, the owner's nonchalant, dismissive and smirky attitude leads me to believe that he is unwilling to acknowledge or care when obvious poor service is provided. We would have not written a review for the following two items but since the above happened, we are mentioning these as well. They left large branches on our flowers. When we mentioned this the next day, the owner said, "We told you we were coming back." That is true, however, leaving large branches on our flowers overnight would have destroyed them. When we told him we removed the large branches ourselves so as to not kill the plants, he just shrugged his shoulders, again saying, "We said we were coming back." They also drove through our very obviously bad septic field (the tree was being removed in order to replace the field). We have an acre lot, they could easily have driven around it. Instead, the owner made a point of how he had to spend an hour repairing our land when he shouldn't have ruined it in the first place.
