Prompt response and amazingly helpful. When no one would help me get a cat out of a very high tree Tesla Tree Service was like sure we will gladly help! Steven was amazing at getting her down and now she is warm and getting the medical attention she needs. A million thank yous!

My 1 year old cat Tita was stuck in a white pine tree at least 80ft up. It was the windiest night we’ve ever experienced here in this property. Steve’s kindness, responsiveness, and calm demeanor helped me to be at ease with the risk of it all. He is extremely talented, kind, and generous. I’d give these guys 10 stars if I could. Steve the owner really knows his trees and I was looking for an arborist especially as I’d like to keep mine healthy and only remove what was necessary. He took his time during the estimate and explained everything to me. Wrote it all out so I could really see what I was paying for. The crew was on time and they got right to work. Steve climbs the trees himself! So you know you’re getting top notch care. So many contractors I’ve had out for estimates and then some randoms show up for the work and really don’t know what they’re doing. Steve was there the whole time and his crew was extra polite and and really went the extra mile. His prices were very reasonable. Best experience working with them! My trees are all cleaned up and look great. My neighbors are all asking who did the work, I recommend him to everyone. Really cool guy too, check out his facebook page, he saves all the cats! Class Act Company. Oh and I had at least 4 estimates before I hired him. And he graciously took care of some last minute things I wanted with no problem. They were very professional and I was so happy. Bring on the winter storms, we are ready!

Steve was so gracious to come out and rescue our cat who slipped out and ran to the neighbor tree. My daughter was up all night and we as parents left the city to see if we could help. What took us 12 hours to do. Steve did it in 30 minutes. We commend Steve not only on his expertise in the matter but his gracious heart to help others. Which is so rare these days. After reaching out to multiple companies—many of which never followed through with a quote, and one that gave me an unreasonably high price that felt like they were taking advantage—I was finally recommended to contact Tesla Tree Service. I simply texted the number listed on their website along with some photos of the work I needed done. They responded promptly, came out the same day to give me a quote, and were back the very next day to get the job done. The work was completed quickly and professionally, and their communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know and plan to use them again in the future! Added before and after photos for reference as well.
