The crew arrived right on time and completed the removal of a very large oak tree quickly, safely, and with impressive skill. They went above and beyond to ensure my backyard and home were fully protected during the process. It’s clear they take great pride in their work and in treating customers with care. Estimator provided a clean quote without any extra services that I did not need or want. Scheduling was easy. 3 person crew was on time, fast and courteous. They did everything I was quoted, and did not try to upsell anything, something I appreciate. They cleaned fallen branches in neighbors yards, raked and swept prior to leaving. This was second time using Tailored Tree, and will call them again as needed.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We had a massive tree uproot and fall over at 7pm, it fell over our fence and a huge branch was resting on our neighbors RV, the tree was slowly uprooting and threatening to crush the RV and the fence. They answered the call right away and had someone over within 15 minutes for a quote, about 45 minutes later a crew was at our house and able to get the tree balanced, and the large parts off of the neighbors RV. We have horrible lighting and due to that, they were not able to safely take care of the rest that night However, they were back the very next day to take care of the rest. This was a stressful and time sensitive situation, but Tailored Tree provided immediate professional, kind, and helpful service which relieved all stress within hours, the only damage sustained was the concrete that broke from the tree roots. We are incredibly Grateful to Tailored tree service, and beyond satisfied with their work.

Tailored Tree was a wonderful company to work with for my tree removal! They actually came out same day when a large oak tree fell on my house and took care of getting the tree off my house as well as the follow up full removal of the tree. They communicated next steps very clearly and worked in an extremely timely and efficient manner. The owners are professional, helpful, and just so nice. Their whole crew that worked at my house was also professional, polite, and answered all my questions while they were working. I would hire them again for any future tree work!
