Superior Tree Service aka little tree lady

Great pricing but sadly had to do a poor rating because of the trouble of back and forth and having to reach out for months, to have answers switch up. I had an employee who wrote a quote to have two trees cut and fall on property, I didn't ask for cleanup as it would fall in my forest. Company came, cut, and finished. I paid them next day while at work. Did not check the work until the weekend as its dark by the time I wake up or get home. Tree was felled in neighbors property, it's an empty lots but the principal still stands. Called the original estimator and he said it wouldn't be a problem and they can just move them over to my property. Was happy with response, Company did not come for months during contact because of rainy season and getting out here, talked with the lovely Missy who is the best of the whole company, very nice person. She said they would get someone out there again to check, I was told someone came out and checked and said it would be no problem, then I find out the previous estimator no longer works there and as time continues to pass I'm fighting to have someone come out to move these fallen trees from my neighbors property, On my more recent calls, two estimators were scheduled to come out who then state that it's going to cost $800 to move. (this is not my mistake) I responded that this was all taken care of in previous chats, the two estimators talked to their boss lady and she said no it's $800. Now I'm stuck with a tree sitting in my neighbors property, I don't have any power in the situation as I paid for the services already, and just awaiting my neighbors to respond to it, Tried to remedy with calls but it's me reaching out on the constant, an inconsistent remedy, and now a have to pay for a mistake not of my own.

Excellent experience with Superior Tree! Naomi came out to discuss needs. She was helpful, polite, and had an incredibly competitive quote. The team came out a few weeks later to remove over 20 trees from my property, many were large or in very close proximity of fences, power lines, and my house. Her team dropped every limb and tree without flaw. There is clearly an art to this work and the team exudes skill and mastery of what they do. I've used this service twice. Very impressed with their work. They arrive on time, work efficiently and clean up the area! I mean the used leak blowers to remove all the debris from my yard. I am beyond pleased!! I've referred them to neighbors and will definitely call them for my next tree job! Thanks guys!

Naomi and her crew are the best. I have used their service in the past and she was the first one I called when I had a tree fall on Wednesday evening in my front yard. Just to be specific, I texted her about my tree at 820pm Wednesday night. I knew with the hurricane coming in that is was doubtful anything could get done anytime soon. No joke, by 1pm on Thursday my tree was gone. Her guys showed up in the rain and knocked it out. They also always go the extra mile to clean up to the point you wouldn't know a tree had fallen. Cudos to her and her crew. They are the best!
